save about to vanish

Dear Hinterland,

After my last two games dissappeared I tried a new one. I've really enjoyed it again for 5-6 nights.

My xbox doesn't sit on stand by mode. I've mechanistically slept in a building, watched the save symbol, pressed the back button, chose quit. then exited the game. then switched my box off.

Tonight I went to resume the game. I got the fail sound. I have then quit out of the game and switched the machine off. I.e. I haven't gone back into TLD to find if the save has gone, although I'm almost sure it will. You may be able to pick up my save game (assuming it's not gone yet) and learn about what the issue is.

I'll stay out of the game until I hear from you,
