Very High Sensitivity when Aiming with Rifle

It's quite simple.

When using the Rifle and aiming (holding Right Mouse Button) the sensitivity is incredibly high.

My options are set to 3% Sensitivity, this means a 180deg trun can be done by moving the mouse (3500dpi) about 4cm.

When aiming one makes 4 full rotations with the same movement.

This is terrible when being suprised by a wolf and trying to hit him with the rifle.
