Physics visuably enabling for objects on map entering

When you enter a map you can see actual process of physics being applied to physics enabled object, e.g. outside this house in pleasent valley you happen to directly look onto a high-voltage (power) line. After you exit the house it changes from being a perfectly straight "line" to having a weight in physics starting affecting it. After a while it stopps swinging. Not a major deal, but looks kinda odd.

I've noticed the same.. Was hoping to see the lines swaying in the wind due to it but even in a blizzard they just hang there..

Hmm, surprised this doesn't take place during the loading process.
