Rifle's bolt is twiching

I noticed twiching of the bolt of the rifle. This movement is visible even when you have rifle in scope mode. It was more pronounced when I was waiting during storm in the Abandoned Mine in the Pleasant Valley. This twiching is present only if you are outside. Game version v.200

I've seen this as well.

yeah i had saw this last night when i was in PV. Happened whenever i looked down the iron sights. Have never noticed it until someone pointed it out. Ive also noticed after firing the rifle around 10 seconds later you can see a ghost muzzle flash on the screen for a split second. I was sprinting immediatley after letting off a round.
