As the game stands right now an extremely long survival playthrough is possible. In the end game assuming your resources have been completely used up you can wait for a sunny day to start a fire with a magnifying lens, scare a wolf off a carcass with fire, repair your clothes with hides and gut. Between Beachcombing and collecting the very few respawning resources from the world you have most of what you would need. At this theoretical state of end game you have everything you need to live minus antibiotics. Can we please add those to beach combing! To reach this stage of the game where all resources from all maps are gone... yup most players will never reach this point. I may never reach that point. But it’s the idea that you could that keeps you going and when you fail coming back for more! The only item left for that kind of survival to exist is either a respawning resource of antibiotics or rishi mushrooms. Inserting them into the loot pool for items that wash up on the beach makes sense to me. Fingers crossed I wander up on that some day in the coastal highway. Thanks guys.

The entire game is epic and I cannot choose just one thing but I will say something that has not dulled with time is the feeling you get when you have found something critical early on in a play through. A gun, lantern, knife, etc.
