Drifter Man
Cat tail stalks pack 150 calories in just 0.05 kg. At 3000 calories per kg they are one of the most efficient food sources in the game, on par with condensed milk and granola bars... is that intentional? bethany
It's definitely an efficient source of calories. It's also somewhat limited, and does take a bit of time to harvest. I can see why they're a bit of a player favourite, but I personally only use them for emergencies. They're non-renewable, but they're also highly visible in case you find yourself in a tight spot -- This is why I tend to leave them where they are until things get pretty serious. All that being said, it is intentional. We'll certainly keep evaluating feedback.
Drifter Man
Good I know that some numbers are deliberately skewed, but this looked a bit extreme, so I asked. I'm glad it's part of your master plan to let us all starve/freeze/be ripped apart by wild animals.
