Cannot scroll log entries with a controller

I already noticed this in the previous version and it's the same in v.264. I can open the log and go backward and forward days with LB and RB, but I cannot scroll down the entries when there is more than fits onto the display. I've tried both sticks and directional buttons in all directions, but nothing works. With keyboard, everything is fine.

I'm using Windows 8 with all updates up to September 12 installed. I haven't noticed any problems with the controller in other games.

Where can I find the Save folder and where should I send it?
