Possible bug?

Hey, first off just wanted to say that you guys did a hell of job with this game. cant wait to see when its done.

The issue is when i get into the game just past the opening, where it tells you about the disclaimer. Well i left it at that screen for a bit maybe a minute and when i pressed a button, it said that it was loading but after about 10 seconds i got dashboarded. ive done this now 8 times in a row and 4 out of the 8 i got sent back to homescreen.

i also forgot to say that ive had this now for a month and this is the first time this has happened

We've been having some xbox instability issues since last update. We believe we've resolved this issue in the coming update.
