Currently watching on BBC Iplayer, It's about 29 civilian athletes from all over the UK who are being taken through training by several of the world's elite special forces to see if they can last through it.

In it, they're being trained in the same way as the US Navy SEALs, The Israeli YAMAM, The Russian Spetsnaz, The Phillipine special forces, The Australian SAS, and the British SAS.

Since it's about survival and endurance, I thought it might be of interest to you folks.
