Game Crash: Wolf Struggle While Entering Car

So I was playing in stalker mode prowling the town, clearing wolves. I was stalking a wolf, waiting for the prudent moment to shoot since I haven't mastered my archery skill yet. He was just about to pass me but I was too close and he started chasing me. I got up and bolted to the nearest car. I felt relief since it looked like I was just about going to make it, but the wolf caught up to me just as I was opening the car door and a wolf struggle ensued...

Except, nearly a minute later there was still no wolf struggle. This is what it looked like from the time the wolf struggle was suppose to start, until I decided to close the game:

That looks similar to reports of freezing/crashing in wolf struggles during playtesting of the test-builds.

It's supposed to have been fixed, but from your experience, it looks like not all possible cases have been found yet.
