Pillock Posted April 29, 2017 Share Posted April 29, 2017 As long as you were able to lose fitness as well as gain it. Frequent hunger or freezing or exhaustion would tank your overall fitness. And yeah, I'm afraid I don't like the food ideas either! Energy drink would be ok, but I don't think it's very important to add it given that we have coffee already.
