Why can I not use healing items after wolf attack??

Haven't been able to heal using collected healing items for some time-am I missing something?  WTF

Well sometimes after attacks you might not even need to heal up.

Also if the Medical Cross lights up...sometimes you have to do anything else...take a drink even then reopen the Medical menu and try again.

Hi @Dr Gen Art Pfaff, are you attempting to use your medical supplies in your backpack's inventory screen? 

Try treating yourself from the first-aid interface, which is accessed from the cross icon in the radial menu.
