I am stuck

While fooling around inside of Whale Processing, I fell through a crack in the office room upstairs onto a barrel in the room with the fire barrel and workbench downstairs. From this barrel I foolishly jumped to the railing next to this large generator-looking thing and have found myself trapped. Perhaps I deserve this fate for peeking around places I shouldn't, but otherwise I believe this is a bug.
