How to leave known territory

I just want to know one thing.

Where do i go so i can leave known territory so i can go to the new map?

You need to ride the Mystery Lake Railroad. It'll be a forlorn trip but has some nice watery scenery

That depends where you find yourself.  Which map are you in, and where do you want to go?

For a spoiler answer:

 

The Forlorn Muskeg is accessed by following the railroad tracks on the Mystery Lake map. At one end of the tracks is the Ravine. The other end (which used to be the "tunnel collapse") is now the Forlorn Muskeg.

So, to reiterate, to travel to the Forlorn Muskeg first go to Mystery Lake, then follow the railroad tracks
