Can someone tell me do you need to reach like 32 degrees when numb or freezing to warm up I was in a house it was 22 degrees and i broke down a chair when i was numb i think and it dropped my down to 78% and freezing. i stoke the fire tell it felt like 40 degrees and it warmed me up it took lots of wood.

You need to be above 0 degrees Celcius to warm up. In Fahrenheit, yes, it's 32 degrees.

33 degrees Fahrenheit.. 32 degrees keeps you from freezing anymore but it doesn't warm you up, from my experience at least.

Beds will warm you up, if you are inside a house pass time or sleep in the bed.
