Falling through weak ice catapulted me into the air (386)

I was walking from Hat Creek to the hunter's blind when I fell through weak ice, twice. When I finally made it to safety, I made a fire but I had to leave IRL so I exited to the menu. When I returned to the game, I spawned on weak ice (I'm assuming it saves when you fall through the ice), and fell in after a second or two. After the screen had gone black, i found myself high in the air, and fell onto ice to my death (ending the save). A screenshot of the diary: http://imgur.com/a/qrAk0

Then you die of massive internal injuries from falling, yup, just happened. I'm writing off forlorn muskeg entirely until the thin ice mechanics are addressed, apparently it's a death sentence area.

Its not really a death sentence even on interloper, there are just some odd things - like steep land tends to mean deep water.  But you can crisscross it fairly easily once you figure out the oddness.  Though not in a fog, its a death trap in the fog.  It also has a very robust wolf population, very robust.

We've addressed this issue in the past, locations specifics of where you were dropped and died would be great, as it will likely be related to the location (and it helps us reproduce the issue.)
