henroe32
I propose a craftable map be created that can be filled in with knowledge of explored areas in a similar way to reading. This could have locations, tracks, roads and bodies of water plotted on it. Perhaps a skill system could be created so that the more skilled the character is, the more detailed their map. This could also be a quick access tool when wandering the outdoors.
AZHockeyNut
perhaps even like the journal? so where we can write notes, we could "add to map"
Mister Bri Bri
It would be so cool if we had a basic map outline and we had to add or sketch locations into the map? Maybe drag and drop a marker. Add a house here, Add a lake there. we could maybe just have the basic outline of each region. We could even share map locations? Viktor Kvasnica
Good Idea, @henroe32. I am missing this feature for some time - it could be handy when exploring a new location, planning routes and alike.
SquanderBot
Agreed, I really want a way to make maps of the regions. Or at least to leave informative markers so you can remember routes. It's hard to think of something that would maintain the realism of the game. I know people have mapped it with 3rd party software but I think using those maps would defeat the purpose.
