Harvest cancel button

So...I'm new to the game (last night) and I am still trying to figure out the UI...so I'm an idiot still LOL. Anyway, I accidentally had my jacket selected in the harvest window, and not really paying attention, I clicked the harvest button.

Once the action began, there was no way for me to stop it, so I lost my jacket. Luckily I found an even better jacket shortly after, so it was all good...but it got me thinking. IRL, I would have never started shredding my jacket to begin with, so to put it in game terms, once I realized the mistake, I should have been able to stop it.

This brings me to another thought. If you are WEARING an item, I'm not sure it should even show up in the HARVEST window. Nobody would choose to take off their pants and shred them for cloth without already having another pair of pants to put on (which they would have to do anyways - you wouldn't shred your shirt while it was on your body). Just an idea. Great game, and I can't wait to see what you have next.
