Maybe a bit of a game-play difference for your selection.

Guy retains heat better longer for being a burly bush man with a beard.

Girl is more fit so doesn't looses fatigue as fast.

Just keep them the same, or you are gonna have all the feminists and social justice warriors on your back.

Since if you would go the realistic route, the female character would basically be worse off at everything. Strength, speed and endurance.

This is why we have men and women separated in two different tiers of sports in any sport that requires heavy physical exertion.

In my opinion it is just better for everyone if we don't open that can of worms, and just keep them the same.

I agree with Kelbert. I like playing as a superwoman ;-) Like I said in one of my videos, I could never carry 30 kg of stuff around, let alone run with it, so I love being able to do it virtually.

Woah, lol. I was just trying to suggest a different game-play mechanic for either. Instead of just having a different voice.
