Nope, sleep naked or fully clothed, doesn't matter.  And also there is no game manual.  You can find unofficial ones online if you Google it, but figuring stuff out for yourself is part of the appeal.

The single biggest factor affecting how much you recover through rest is how long you sleep at once.  If you wait until you are exhausted and can sleep the full 12 hours, you will recover MUCH more than you will if you slept in two six-hour chunks.  Basically each consecutive hour you rest, you regain more condition for that hour.  Although if you sleep in a cloth bedroll, you recover about 20% less condition for a 12 hour rest than you would if you'd slept in a real bed.

If you drink herbal tea, the first six hours of sleep each restore 2% more per hour, meaning if you need to recover condition but can't sleep 12 hours, herbal tea and a 6-hour sleep are the next best thing.  If you drink herbal tea, sleep 12 hours, and sleep in a real bed, you can actually recover over 100% condition.  Although in order to actually receive the full benefit of that, you would need to be well fed and nearly dead.

So while there are a lot of things that affect your condition recovery while sleeping...what you're wearing isn't one of them.
