suggestion Add a torso thermal underwear ?

As surprising as it may seem, there aren't torso thermals underwears in TLD, then I would like to Hinterland to add it, this clothe is light and quite warm but if it equipped with a legs thermal underwear, that increase the warm bonus by 1C° (for the warm conservation).
Stats :

Warm bonus: 1C° (with a legs thermal underwear, +1C° )
Windproof bonus: 0C°
Waterproof bonus: 20%
Protection: 1%
Mobility: 0%
Weight: 0,25 kg

Harvest: 1 cloth, 15 min.          Repair: 1 cloth, 30 min., 35%

Other ideas, precisions or critics are welcome !

Great suggestion @DarKube.
Would this be better than a sweater or would it become an added layer/slot on the clothes menu?
A third torso layer might be a nice addition to the game and add value to all T-shirts.
