Add cold cream ?

When in a region it fluently makes -20 (and even more;)), this very strange there isn't cold cream ! I suggest this cream is pretty rare and can be found in a little tube of 50g and we can apply 10g on frostbite risk for many to reduce the percentage increase.

Other ideas or precisions are welcome !
