Locked Gates & Doors, Wintermute map details in Survival, etc..

I'd like to see more locked gates & doors in survival mode. Like the Paradise Meadows Farm. Maybe the lake cabins, gate at the dam, etc... Makes for an interesting challenge. And if you can't find the key you might be forced to smash in the windows making the shelter no longer viable for long term use. 

I'd also like to see some of the wintermute map changes in the Redux update in survival mode, more specifically, the passenger rail car in Broken Railroad is no longer there in survival mode. I really liked climbing into it in Wintermute. I'd like to see it added into survival where you do the same thing, but there's a way out the other side instead of bars. Little stuff like that is what I'd like to see, nothing major and nothing impossible to add either.
