question There is a axe in TLD ?

I found this image on the official the TLD wiki at the tools category, what is this ? 
There would be a hidden fire axe in the game ?
Or it is only in the Story Mode ?

That is an old, unused art asset, hidden in the game files, It is not in the game at all right now. Not in Story Mode, not in Survival Mode, not in any Challenge Mode. Only the devs know if they are going to add it back into the game in the future.

Yea, there are several unused items in the game files. Shovel, revolver, and few other things. Thing is - some of those items were used in the story mode when it came out - ball-cutters, for example. So, chances are they will still use it in the future. But as far as I know, those things in the unused files don't have textures. This really is a hatchet - you can tell because of the wrap on the handle. This is meant to be a one-handed axe, or a hatchet. It is possible it was intended to be a unique hatchet for the story mode, it certainly looks unusual. Looks a lot like a tool from a survival kit of a vehicle, or a boat.

Does not mean there won't be an axe in the future. In the old Story mode teaser, there is a scene where some survivors are trying to kill another one, and the camera takes a shot at the old version Mackenzie, approaching with what appears to be an axe in his hand (though it could be a hatchet, can't tell for sure because only the head of that tool is displayed, but it looks like something more fit a 2-hands.

As others have said, there are many unavailable items in the game, the Fire Axe being one of them.  If you use a popular save-game editor, you can access them and (yes) use them in the game.
