Light torch from lit torch, possible on pc, not on console?

On Pc i can light a torch from a lit torch no problem.
On console i cannot seem to do this, this makes the game (roughly estimated) 300% harder on interloper on console compared to pc.
On pc i can survive, on console i cannot, unless i am lucky and find extra matches.

Is this a bug or just something that is not possible on console?

Thanks for your post! It sounds like this may be an issue with systems around controller-based controls, and is something we are looking into.

Apparently for gamepads/controllers it's not the same button you use to light a torch i.e. the right trigger. If you use the right trigger even with the cursor on a lit torch on the ground, you light it with a match.

Apparently you have to use the "action button," which on a PS4 controller is the "X" button, on XBox it is probably "A."

It's the bottom middle letter button....

I literally just learned this information a couple weeks ago after playing with a PS4 controller on PC for over a year...
