I have noticed a while ago and it seems still the case, that not even a single issue in the bug tracker has any status update. You're right -- currently the Public Bug Database is a sort of holding area for player bug submissions. We do read and investigate everything submitted, and enter issues into our internal bug base for further work, but that area isn't a two-way communication channel. Our team is also pretty small, so it can be a challenge to reply to everything sent to us. However we'd like to improve our Technical Support systems for the future, so comments are appreciated. For now, while we can't comment on work that is underway or make predictions on when updates or fixes will be available, but if you need help from Technical Support you are welcome to post here in the forums! It would be nice to be able to comment or reply to bugs. Numerous people post issues that aren't actually bugs, but things that are a game mechanic. So they are sitting there thinking you aern't acknowledging their issue. Game veterans could inform them that what they are experiencing isn't a bug. For example, someone just opened a bug report because the moose they killed disappeared after a few days even though there was 19kg of meat and guts still left on it that they hadn't harvested... Well, everyone playing the game for a while knows that all animals you kill disappear after a few days, so you need to harvest everything before that occurs....
