greetings,

i recently purchased "The Long Dark". i look forward to meeting others who enjoy this game. i don't have much to say about it yet but in time that will probably change.

i am an anthropologist who enjoys a video game or two. it is fascinating to learn about human adaptations in harsh environments. i suppose that is why i bought this game. i am currently researching the technology and subsistence strategies of those who once occupied tierra del fuego. this game may serve as an inspiration of sorts. we will see!
