Lake Gunshots - quest missing

I was replaying Episode 2 today and noticed that the Lake Gunshots quest seems to be missing. It never came up - I finished Jeremiah's Survival School, including going to the cabins where Lake Gunshots is suppose to take place. No corpse on the water, no quest to get supplies or anything. Is this a glitch, known issue?

I'm not sure, but I did try making things a bit shorter when replaying it - I did things like stock piling natural remedies stuff beforehand. I killed the bear in Forlorn Muskeg, and tried to bring the pelt back to Jeremiah, thinking I could use it to fix his coat right after accepting the clothing quest - the game glitched there by deleting the bear pelt, and some deer skins from my inventory after I accepted the quest. I'm not sure if these oddities glitched the rest of the play through or not. The rollback update didn't help either. I went through Jeremiah's dialogue options without any luck, nothing new came up.

Has anyone else had this happen?

No, i have played episode 2 times and doing it the 3rd time now, but if the game glitched it might be the reason why this mission is glitched as well, if i was you i would start episode 2 all over and do the missions in right order and follow the mission markers.

Edit.

When i started episode 2 all over i went to load and chosed story 1, it's when you have to climb down and up again to exit the mountain town, but you could start from You Fix My Rifle? and see if you can play it from there without the glitches.

After I had already completed Lake Gunshots, I later re-read the text from Jeremiah and it gave me the exclamation point on the map again, then wouldn't go away when I went back to the area.

It stayed on the map for me also, but i didn't re-read the text, the mark didn't disappear after i entred the cabin the next day, the journal updated but the mark was still there, the first time when i took the ammo and he was killed the mark disappeared, but not when i let the ammo alone and he survived.

Edit.

But i just had to start episode 2 from start once again, my second wool ear wrap was destroyed when i was attacked by 3 wolves at the same time and i had just started a new game just because i wanted 2 wool ear wraps, so i will not take the ammo this time either and see if the ! goes away this time.

Edit.

I will update my post when i have finished this mission, i have just been to the dam for picking up the medical supplies for Jeremiah.

Edit.

A little update, i realized that i have to do You Fix My Rifle? first, i'm on my way, but there is so many distractions on the way, right now i'm at the forge and made two new axes and i'm out of food, so this can take a while :D.

Edit.

Just finished it now and the ! didn't disappear:
