that's the place, it's a rock crevice  on top of the hill above the bear cave in NE area. between poachers' camp and shortwave tower. The bear wanders around the area regularly.

I don't believe power lines run alongside the tracks in Forlorn Muskeg. I could certainly be wrong, but I think this might be Broken Railroad..?

closer to the exit for ML yea? There're two spots the bear cross the tracks, just east of the poachers' campsite or one further west of it, closer to the low blinds than the campsite.

I was totally going to do just that. I even tried to take two really amazing screenshots, oddly neither of them actually saved to my desktop.

Coastal Highway, on a hill above the Fishing Village. You can see that distinctive patch of rocks to the left of the picture, and in between the trees a bit of the Fishing village itself. Coastal Highway is my probably least memorized region, but I would guess this is somewhere below the track that comes from Mystery Lake.

Well, Mr. @cekivi , since you insist, here is a tough one.

 

HINT: This came from a version of the game that had only three regions in it. So it can either be Mystery Lake, Coastal HIghway or the Pleasant Valley.
