Random npc gives no quest and does not speak.

At the part where you suppose to go through the dam to get to episode 3 ( Not out yet ) but this guy near the unlimited fire does not help me at all. I am starting to think he may follow me later in the episodes and try to kill me or something. Maybe he ends episode 2. I am not sure.

PC, He tells me his name but after that no quest etc.

(possible spoilers) So he did speak to you then? He won't give you a quest, but he should talk to you.

Yeah when i first met him he said his name and what he was doing there, but i thought he was someone i was suppose to help too.

He just adds more flavor to the story. He could actually help us in a later Episode. No quests for or through him.

He's not supposed to give anything. He's just there for atmosphere and to set the tone for upcoming episodes. Which I think we need more of.

ya he finally appears and talks - well maybe after doing other tasks. Seem ok to me.

I believe he's only supposed to be active at night when the aurora is going.  Leastwise it was that way for me?

Not for me he has been sitting out in rain and snow day or night.

Nice man because I can get plenty of fire, water and cooking. Which is what I need waiting around for the Aurora.

It gives me time to hunt get some food before I starve to death.

Then back into the dam building to find a way out!
