question Restart an episode

Hi

I got stuck in the fix my rifle mission. Im on the railroad with dropming health and no sleep and cold. Im too far away from any house or cabin. 

I dont know how to get out of this situation and i dont want to lose all my progress in the story.

There is any way to restart the episode or change save to early one?

I play on ps4

@The_afficoUpon character death you will see the option to load your game from a checkpoint rather than the most recent game save - perhaps this will put you in a better position to recover? Let us know.
