Bug reporting website account

I was creating a bug report when I accidentally submitted it before I was finished writing the report. I realized it was an anonymous submission. I tried to register an account, and believe I was successful, but when trying to login it says I didn't have access.

Is this normal? Are you forced to submit reports anonymously, without an account? More importantly, is there no way to edit my report so I can finish including the information I accidentally left out? Included picture is the message I receive if I attempt to login to my account.
