(Spoilers) Help on finding Episode 2 Caches & Hank's Prepper Code

Anyone know where to find the following? Having trouble finding them

A) Code to Hank's old Bunker in Mystery Lake

B) Mystery Lake Supply Cache quest, where to find more notes? I have obtained the following:-

• Alan's Cave
• Beside entrance to Forlorn Muskeg
• In-between log piles in Clearcut
• Near Hunter's Lodge in the Maintenance Yard map
• End of the Broken Railroad line, there's a jeep there and found a note there which asks me to head to Forlorn Muskeg to find the cache
• Forlorn Muskeg at the trains towards the entrance of Broken Railroad entrance, a note there will ask you to head to the Ravine

Still unable to complete the Cache achievement, which means there are more notes to find.....

Forest Talker Cache is on the back side of a rock uphill from the logging camp. If you start from the camp and head up the slope towards the new lookout, it'll be right up near the saddle of the hill. 

I almost froze to death trying to find the Mystery Lake cache near the forlorn muskeg entrance. I've walked back and forth on the downhill side of the railway line and explored all along the rocky outcropping but I can't locate it. Where did you find it?

On the railway tracks looking towards the FM entrance and by the first train, look toward your 4-5o'clock and you'll see a large rock that you can walk up. The cache is at the bottom of that rock.

I also can't find the one by FM. Maybe I'm just convinced that it should be where there used to be a first aid box there, in sandbox?

Got the forest talker achievement, yet to get the cache achievement. 

Found 5 notes for the cache mystery lake achievement already. Looks like there are more to hunt for...

Where did u find the key to Hanks lockbox?

After killing the bear quest, head to the unnamed pond. There will be a dead body next to a fireplace. Loot the body for the key and a note.

just found my 6th mystery lake cache sidequest & have not gotten my achievement. looks like there are more cache's to be found!

Do you know where you found the note for the hidden cache near the hunting lodge? I'm stuck at 5 and can't find that one. All I know is it's by the bears den.

I found the Lock Box and opened it, but the quest won't update. I know where the cache is, but it needs a code. Anybody know where the next point on the quest is? Maybe I can pick it up from that point...

is buged.many players have reported this.i too finised the story whitout doing it because of the bug that wont update the lockbox entry

I think the last cache is the one that Jeremiah tells you about after 50 points of trust, I achieved enough trust with him, but I can't get any information about this cache, there's no mark on the map or anyting really. Could be a bug.

I think you are right.  I just checked my old (still bugged!) save, and the 50 Trust cache shows up under Mystery Lake Supply Caches:

This is from an older playthrough started on Aug 2nd or 3rd.   It bugged and I stopped playing it before Update 4.  The playthrough I started after Update 4 has the missing Flare Cache problem.

im having a problem with the Alans cave cache. i initially didn't pick up the note in the dam but left it for some reason. when i returned and got it it wont spawn the box for me now.

Where is the note that spawns the flare cache?

Oh wait, that was given to us by Jeremiah.  I'll have to see if it's in my  list after the patch downloads.
