Game crash when entering or exiting houses

I am playing on Xbox one and the game crashes a lot. When I started to play story mode, I though it's was a minor issue but now the game has crashed over 6 times. Mostly when trying to exit grey mothers house.  Does anybody else have the same issues?

I had the same issues twice in about an hour last night, also on XBOX One.  Exiting grey mothers house and another small house in Milton.

My game just crashed to dashboard when I tried to exit the bank

This happened to me four times over 5 hours of playing last night, exiting three different buildings (first trailer you come across, 2x church, small house in Milton).

This has happened to me 20+ times and resulted in 2 lost saves making me start from the beginning. I'd be careful if you decide to keep playing, one more lost save and I'm done til this is guaranteed fixed.
