XB1 - Profile wiped, Badges gone, heart ripped out ...

My profile seems to be a shell of itself.  All my badges and work accomplishments are gone.  Reading, Sprinting, Snow walking, Fire starting, etc all wiped out.  Why?  Is this intentional by Hinterland?  Can I get my work / "real profile" back?  Frankly, I'm mad as hell if this loss is permanent.
