Teleporting Wolves (v0.388) - Repeatable

I have a save game wherein a pair of wolves teleport out of existence at a set time (12 hours of daylight remaining) while I am watching them.  They behave like normal wolves until the moment they wink out of sight.  If you want I could try to share it, if you don't know what's going on already.  If you do, well, it's still doing it...  Good luck.

 

Drop these files in an empty save folder maybe...  the pair are ahead of you about 100 meters.  Event happens at survival time 6 Days 16 Hours 8 Minutes, about 10 minutes in your future.

Just tested this on my own and could not repeat results. Odd issue though. I'll have to check out your save later.

It happens every time for me too.  Hahahahaha!  I can run right up to them and have them both coming toward me growling and then I start passing time and they disappear!

I've seen this happen with a field full of deer. My guess is it has something to do with the migration mechanics. Animals will stay in an area for a set amount of time, at which point they will "migrate" out. I believe you just witnessed a migration.
