v.364 Potential Frame Rate Drop Issue

Hi Guys!

Since the last update I've noticed frame rate drops during game play. 

Bug description
Frame rate drops every few minutes by ~20. Game is running at max graphics settings.
Min: 40-50fps (When drops happen)
Avg: 70-90fps
Max: 120fps

Repro steps
As far I've tested drops only happen when outside, however that may just be that you get higher FPS indoors. It's most notable when there is fog or stormy/windy weather, but occurs generally speaking.

Windows 10 Pro x64
Intel i5-2500K (OCd)
16GB DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
2560 x 1440 resolution (144Hz)
Nvidia driver version 372.90
Game installed on a SSD drive

Please let me know if you need any further details. You guys have done an amazing job on the game so far, especially with these huge updates, so am keen to help resolve this issue.

Frame drops happen at roughly 1:03, 2:17, 3:26, 6:25, 7:45. In case you wondered, I deliberately stopped moving when I noticed most drops. Also Geforce's FPS counter is in the top-right corner, although it doesn't update live.

Finally I should point out that I do not have any stutter or FPS drops/Issues with other games.
