Bug with ruined food or drink

In game you can eat ruined food or drink ruined Soda. to reproduce this bug you need to:

• drop item on the floor
• try to pick up item.
• On status window (where you see description of the item), press "space".
• profit. you eated ruined food or drink ruined Soda.

I did that too a long time ago but it gave me food poisoning instantly lol.

I STAND CORRECTED: I can do it now with every food and drink that is ruined and indeed I can eat it and I DO NOT get punished for it (food poisoning).
